I believe that every team gets at least one participant and it is up to the coaches that meet and decide who goes. Sometimes it also depends on what the coaching staff needs to complete their teams.

I guess i should have mentioned that i was curious to who people think would do well in the game and represent the Hearitage Conference well

speaking for the north, some heritage teams will have some tough choices from their own schools, since many are senior-laden. examples, PL has many that would qualify, as would blairsville, homer, northern cambria, and penns manor. a few of those and blacklick got three last year, while a couple others only got two. it should be the other way around this year.
