LHAC 2008-2009 Champs?
Favored coming in are FH, Westmont, and Bedford. Which one of the three has the best chance? which two will it come down to?
Re: LHAC 2008-2009 Champs?
This is without a doubt a 1 horse race and Bedford will run away with the title. Westmont is the favorite in D6 and will be a clear cut #2 followed by 3-5 in no particular order Central Cambria, Forest Hills and Penn Cambria.

Will the match between Bedford and Westmont be the best match of the year, or will Bedford run away with it?
Re: LHAC 2008-2009 Champs?
It will be the best match for the fans to watch but Bedford is just too deep. Some outstanding individual matches though.

According to the Bedford Gazette, Bedford will start the season as #1 in the state ahead of SSA. I think it is OTM rankings cited in the Gazette article.

Welcome back Southy.
I think #1 is too high. But I definately think they could be 2 or 3. I think SSA is a little better. But this is still a nice honor for the kids.

I think Central Cambria will give up a good fight between Bedford and Westmont. They have some key individuals including a returning D6 champ. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the top 3.

Bedford will be LHAC champs. They also have a good shot at states this year.

FH is looking strong as well. Fogle and Brydon are animals on the mat! FH should be able to handle CC but we'll see if they can get past Westy or Bedford.
