Josh looked good, and his cardio seems to have improved from last year (I tell him all the time he needs better cardio). His athleticism won him the match with Shippey, as he had a BEAUTIFUL ankle pick in the first period. I'll give it to Shippey though--he hung tough with him until the end.

I agree. His cardio does look much improved. Shippey really pushed the action and Josh didn't wear down the way you sometimes see him do early in the season. It was a good match.

As far as the match as a whole it was pretty boring. Total domination by Bedford. Once Bedford drops weight and allows Hocker to wrestle at 160 they will be even better I think.

I was hoping Bedford would bump Ripple to 145 to wrestle Shane.

It was a boring match the way it went. Bedford got ahead early and CR never challenged. Too bad, gotta love a nail biter like last year.
