Shade is pulling it together so far. They haven't really played anyone tough this year yet but the westpac doensn't really have too much competition in 2009. Shade's the most consistent so far

player2222- Not completely sure I agree that there isn't much WestPac competition. Rather, is it that Shade may be one of the stronger teams this year?. An article in the Trib today (4/7) indicates that Shade has got the basketball starting 5 on the baseball team and that athleticism has gotta count for something. I've heard word that early in the season, there are many, many good signs about this team and season.

For me, baseball is way too slow, so I'm pretty much saying what I've heard and drawn some conclusions from what I've seen from these players in other sports.

The starting 5 bball players on the baseball field aren't Shades best. Their a big part but not the whole team. They care too much about bball and not about baseball. They haven't faced any real competition this year. They'll see a better team in Meyersdale but I still stick by my words there isn't too much competetion this year.

Ryan Medva has the best bat this year. Brett Hart has the best speed. Mark Kolezarik has a great swing. Sorry I took your opinion wrong. They make up some but they just seem too cocky and strut around on the field instead of having fun and playing the game the way it should be played.

barnes leads in k's at the plate, berkey can't pitch cause his arms done and could never hit, kaminsky's a good all around player, kudasik strikes out a lot an has too many errors to count, and smith is just lazy when it comes to preparing himself to play. wow you know a lot
