Re: Andrew Hawkins to be on Prime Time Tv Show!
Thanks for the welcome everybody, just to let you guys know, my family and I are big fans of BC!
dfense,
Honestly, I do believe the right guy went home on eopisode one. There was a lot that happened that day that you guys didn't get to see on tv. The gunner drill last about 2 hours straight with no breaks, then as you seen we went right into sprints and 40's. So i was actually pleasently surprised I didnt cramp up! But anyway, with the amount of running we did, cramps are natural and I would have also gave him a "get out of jail free card" on that one. And yes there were a number of guys who didn't have special teams backgrounds and didn't know exactly what the heck to do, so thank God i played gunner in H.S. and college! lol
nlions,
I appreciate you honest opinion and like every other show on tv, the show is not for everyone. They are targeting a specific football audience. I agree that the show has the same premiss as a RUDY or Invincible (more towards invincible), and honestly i guess it DOESN'T have to be televised lol. But then again, neither does any other reality show on tv. For some though, i guess its just interesting.
THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

Tonight's episode was a joke! Made purely to get rid of a WR.
Any WR about to get double teamed will cover the ball with both hands. Not to mention the fact you need your arms to get up--which means extending your arm and less protection on the ball. duh!
I don't care how bad Pittsburgh's field gets, its never that bad, and the WR will never be put in that situation.
Hope the calf works out, although I wouldn't have mind gettin' worked on by that trainer

#1 guy on the show for sure! If the 130+ yards in the scrimmage didnt say so, the routes run in the 2:00 drill sure did (3 tds and an awesome hook and ladder!) Nice double move in the 5 yard line, left that guy frozen in the endone.
Owned in Bull-in-the-Ring, great form/low pads..ahh I can hear Doc Kory now "POWER ANGLES! bap, bap, bap"
IF they don't want a guy like you on their team, there are 31 other teams that SHOULD!
