some more cross county school districts that come to mind.

district-9 punxsutawney - indiana and jefferson county
district-6 saltsburg - indiana and westmoreland county
district -7 west shamokin - indiana and armstrong county
district -6 purchase line - indiana and clearfield county
district-6 harmony - indiana and clearfield county
district-6 ligonier valley school district comprised of laurel valley and ligonier valley schools (indiana and westmoreland counties)

I believe Tyrone has students from Huntingdon and Blair counties as well. Williamsburg might be the same way, as they are quite close to the Huntingdon/Blair county lines. I'm 99.9% sure Tyrone is correct, as they always post their tax information in the Huntingdon daily news.

Alright thanks Eaglealum, I was just wondering because the MAC Nittany Division is made up of 9 teams and 7 of them are AA, and the Seven Mountain Division is losing up to 2 teams. Like you said, travel might be an issue. If they did decide to let them I see St. Marys and Clearfield switching divisions so that the Nittany Division is made up of only AA teams.

Actually it's 4 counties. Cambria(one or 2 kids up rt 453), centre, huntingdon, and Blair in Tyrone school district

actually purchase line school district is 3 counties i believe indiana, clearfield and cambria and school districs arnt made by county lines its townships and boros, like in purchase lines situation glen campbell boro goes to purchase line even though glen campbell is in banks township which attend punxsy and burnside boro goes to PL while burnside township goes to harmony

Laurel Valley and Ligonier (Ligonier Valley School District) are both in Westmoreland County.

I guess in the past when all of Westmoreland county threatened to leave D-7 these schools are the only ones that left....Sometimes I don't realize how big that county is.
