D6 Single A
Who are the favorites in this class?
Usually, it comes down to the top teams in the heritage or one of the bishops. In the heritage, homer-center, penns manor, and northern cambria all look solid. bishop carroll had a good win over cc. how is bishop guilfoyle? I've also heard conemaugh valley has a good team. Is this the year they will break through?

Did not know SA was playing D6. Perhaps they should have worried a little more about Wheeling CC

Well, if Sewickley Academy finishes first in d7 like last year, they couldn't face d6-1 or d6-3 until the state semifinals and they couldn't face d6-2 until the state championship. of course, its not a guarantee Sewickley will win d7. only beat serra catholic by 7 points earlier in the year. saw homer-center lost to wilkinsburg by about 15, unsure if the game was close or blow out early on...WPIAL~Titan wrote:Tom Droney and his Sewickley Academy Panthers...Not worried.

Not sure about BG's record but they lost to Tyrone last night 69-43, and they went on a mini-run at the end to get that close.
