2010 Colt League

Post by FiftyCent »

Delweld
Breakers
Johnstown Construction
Clippers
Sadie's Jay Sox

Thankfully more teams were added to the mix so that the league could function.

Any thoughts on this season?

The Breakers and Delweld should be pretty solid, JC wont be all that great. Not sure about these new teams... they did pick up some talent, though.

I figured Chance Osborne would build a good group of players with Delweld.
The Breakers always have a solid group.

Looking forward to this Summer.

Anyone know when these games start?

Why is it that someone already counted out Johnstown Construction? From what i know they probably have the best coach in the league, hands down.

Rumor is that bobby helman is going to help the clippers shock the league and I do agree that JC's coach is probably the best out there.

This Justin kid from blacklick has a decent arm for a 16year old, that varga is usually solid at the dish, and the former delweld kids jack and matt now play for them, they did get some good talent this should be a good year, if clippers pitching comes with that blacklick valley 16yr old, and the young johnstown boy jack? Has a great arm I hear..
I project
1)Delweld
2)Breakers
3) JC/clippers

Thanks for the updated standings Dylan.

Pretty nice start so far, with Breakers and Delweld, as assumed, dominating early. Both teams look pretty evenly matched.

Johnstown Construction edged the Clippers to take command of 3rd place.

The Clippers have a pretty solid pitching staff, but an offense that doesn't have the spark yet.

The Jay Sox played Delweld pretty solid in their first meeting, but haven't been able to put it together against the more winnable games (i.e. JC & Clippers)
