I think that the Heritage is in real trouble! It is really going to hard to schedule an opponent to replace Laurel Valley's spot and you can bet your bottom dollar that Saltsburg will be next to bite the dust!

I went to our Ligonier Valley Rams scrimmage at Township tonight. I was totally impressed in what I saw! Those kids have become teammates despite being bitter rivals before this season. Maybe the parents in our district need to learn from their children! I heard from a Laurel Valley parent that they had the five seniors from Laurel Valley lined up last week to take a photo for this years program. The kids asked why their picture was being taken and were told you are from Laurel Valley. Those kids said no way "We are a team!" If this team does not win one game, the learning experience they are going through will last all of their lives. One thing that I would change is the school starting time. There is no reason to put students on a bus before their teachers have rolled out of bed and I intend to pursue this issue! Go Rams!
