Single A in district 6

Post by youngbuck »

I know we are only three games in, but what does anyone think?
Of course Portage and Bellwood will be in.
Looks like BC and McCort could make the party.
United seems to be the strongest of the Heritage.
ICC?

At this early point of the season, I don't think there is any clear favorite in 6A. McCort and Carroll will be dangerous and battle tested. Bellwood isn't ask strong as they have been in my opinion, but will be in the mix. Juniata Valley and Glendale also out of the ICC will both go in at 8-1 or 7-2 and could compete. I believe Penns Manor will be the top 6A team out of the Heritage with United not being far behind. Portage will be in also but I don't see them as a threat to win it.

No real powerhouses like McCort, Bellwood, and Portage have been. This is a down year in 6A and I really feel that 5A might be just as good this year.

Although I'll be rooting for United in Heitage 6-A action one would have to look at Penns Manor as the top dog now after last season and beating Ligonier this week

I think Carroll and Mccort are the favorites, they'll already have played tougher and bigger schools throughout the season
