LL I'm assuming you mean Lezzer Lumber game. Usually March or April, the Big 33 just announced theirs, The East/West will go next, and some time after that, all the local all-star games will follow suit.

There is no East/West game this year or possibly ever again.

Husker... The E-W game is no longer in Altoona, but it may still be played this year and in the future.
