Great News for the LHAC
Re: Great News for the LHAC
Just curious. How does this benefit McCort? Monetarily?

Yeah well Bishop McCort doesn't have the corporate sponsorship of a school district, so the dollars need to come from somewhere.

Really?

How it works is that the players who bring in the most corporate sponorship get starting roles and the players who don't-- don't.
For example, my grandparents have donated to the school since I was a young pup. Hence, I was a starter. However, I guess they stopped donating when my younger brother Josh was there-- so he didn't start. Now that they're donating again, Gap is a starter. And so on.
In fact, we had a girl a few years back who brought in the Nokia sponorship through a family connection and she was given an honorary role as starting long snapper for 3-games during the 2005 season.

Here is the deal, without money thewn there is no school. Without a school there is no football team. So they have to do what is nessasery to keep everything going. There is politics with all teams, in all schools.
