This subject and talk most of it proabably BS is old. Just make one major rule change. Any student transferring to another shcool distirct after their freshman year is prohbited from playing any sport for their new school for one year.

It hits hard, it gets to the point fast and hits both private and public shcools.

What is the big deal? So a kid wants to leave his school for some reason, whether it be sports or other, it's their life, it should be their choice. If my child loves a sport, but the local public school stinks out loud, or has a clueless coach, then by all means I would do whatever it took to send him/her elsewhere. Who does it really hurt?
