Week 9 In Mountain League

Post by Eaglealum »

Penns Valley @ Tyrone - Biggest problem Friday for the Eagles will be how to get the Homecoming Court on and off the pit without getting them muddy.
Tyrone 49 PV 0

Clearfield @ Bellefonte - If you have a weak stomach, don't go to this one. Bloodbath
Clearfield 56 Bellefonte 7

Central @ BEA - good game in Wingate. Both teams can play, but neither has been real consistant. I think the Dragons are the better squad, but I'll go with the home team senior night.
BEA 20 Central 18

Central Mountain @ Mifflin County - Young talented Wildcats wanna get things rolling towards next year, but Mifflin County has been battle tested this year , winning 2 out of 3 OT games and making a push for the d-6/9/10 AAAA playoffs. Too much Huskies

GAME of the Week

P-O @ Huntingdon- A couple weeks ago P-O coach Vroman said he was afraid of the Central game falling between huge games with Clearfield and Tyrone. The Mounties were up to the stiff challenge. well, don't look now, but right between Tyrone and the season finale with LV stands Huntingdon. Looking a little closer at the 'Cats, you have a team that you would have pulled a sheet over 3 weeks ago, but have picked themselves off the deck and are playing pretty well and not only have some size, but have found a second horse to compliment Mr Riley , in the form of Taylor Garman. And it's senior night in Huntingdon.

My upset special H-don 24 P-O 21
