I agree....Josh definitely has found a niche in coaching and recruiting. And he is at it again only this time it is at Bedford. Not sure the recipe he has with building these elementary programs but if you would have seen to his first elementary practice. It was packed with kids and ran like a well oiled machine. I'm sure happy he is back also. Once again Creps will come out smelling like a rose in several years because Josh has got Bedford's elementary back on track. My only fear is he lives in CR school district and hopefully the Bedford Administration butters his bread before he goes to Ridge to coach when his boys get older.

What exactly is the recipe that you are talking about? What is he doing to spearhead this spike in kids that other programs aren't doing?
