Great response and well put.Chiefwapum wrote:I went to the PSU match vs. Lock Haven Sunday and I too had presented this question to some old-timers as to why Marstellar changed and the response
I got was their were some issue on both sides that caused the change. I believe it was amicable from both sides from what I heard there.
Apparently, it had something to do with Olympic red shirt and when it was going to be used but, that's just what I hear. I also heard that
Sanderson sometimes will tell individuals they are not a good fit for his program. Not real sure but, the guy clearly knows what and who he
wants and the results most obviously speak for themselves. I am sure Chance and PSU wrestling will both continue their success without each
other. Either way I wish he would have been in PSU blue so we could have watched him

I use to think Marstellar would win this match, but I don't think it would be close Bo Jordan is an animal. He TF Cody Weichoich like 17-2 a few weeks ago. Marstellar and Weichoich went into OT. Bo Jordon is taking a RS this year and then will win 4 NCAA titles. He is that good for sure.

Re: Jordan vs. Marstellar
Yeah...Bo Jordon is good but I'd be hard pressed to call anyone coming out of high school a 4 time champ. It's just so hard to do and the competition is brutal. 165 clears out nicely next year so I won't go as far to say he can't win it all but I still say the odds are against him.taylor wrote:I use to think Marstellar would win this match, but I don't think it would be close Bo Jordan is an animal.
