Now what Pennsylvania university obsesses about an ex coach more, Pitt or Penn State?

Joe Paterno was at Penn State for 40 + years. Todd Graham 1 year. Poor comparison, but if you want the correct answer it is Pitt fans about Paterno

I'm sure Penny Graham has family in Texas.

You're obsession of alleged Pitt obsessions amazes me too. You know more about what's on Pantherlair than I do lol

That board is a must read. It is very good comedy.

Mack did the right thing tonight by retiring. It'll be very interesting to see all of the names that come up for the job. They can offer more money than any other college program and the recruiting comes pretty easy at Texas. It's going to be a really interesting next month or so. As far as Todd Graham goes, that's not a name I've seen at all. I don't think his personality will work with the big time donors at Texas. That's just my opinion, though.

That was pretty good, S Cube. I've read that Patterson has an agreement that he will not go after any Arizona State coaches since that's where he came from. Graham will have to look for another job by next season. haha

The Texas hire is going to have to be a big big name. This is one of the first college jobs where I have seen quite a few pro coaching names being named as a potential replacement. Generally, it's the other way around. I follow college recruiting a good bit and it amazes me the amount of time coaches put into recruiting in their "offseason", so to think a current successful pro coach would want that is baffling to me. David Shaw would be a great choice. Maybe Deebo Sweeny? Tomlin? Harbaugh? Pete Carroll? What's your guess Deliverance?
