I think elvey will follow franco, unless he has the oppurtunity to be a head coach at Altoona/ Tyrone. I believe most of the staff last i check was made up of alums, and big name guys in tyrone like Terry Tate Scott Gummo (spell) 2 all state guys from back in the day. Wilson, the assistant DC- can take over the defense if Guthoff leaves without a drop off. Tyrone may have the a ton of volunteer coaches...staff of 20 coaches (paid+ volunteer) if franco returns, wouldnt that be crazy.

Well several days ago QuoteTheRaven stated the "King" will be returning to Tyrone.
Presently Mr. Franco is playing the routine the college and pro coaches play.
Sort of like Sgt. Shultz on Hogans Hero's - I KNOW NOTHING.

Anyhow when he does return I imagine he'll be walking on water as what Raven thinks
and anyone following him from Altoona will have to take a boat.

So if Guthoff is interested in other coaching gigs is the statement that he stepped down from Tyrone due to not being able to commit to it false??? Not sure I understand how u have time for one gig but not another??? I could see if it was State College but PO???

Back in the fall I heard he was linked to the SC job and the St. Joseph's job. Not sure of the real reason behind resigning besides for personal issues. I wish Coach Guthoff the best whatever he decides.
