Doesn't prove he raped her, but I'm sure the media will run with it.

Ya know why I still think its nothing? Not just Winston is almost the opposite of the attackers original description. But seriously think about the situation, FSU is on the brink of a title game but they only have 5 seniors, a top 5 -ish recruiting class.... There is no way a university that forced a top10 all time coach into retirement over a cheating scandal that he really didn't even know about and a couple subpar years: would allow one kid to destroy what's been 6 years building towards. Especially after how USC and Penn State got hammered in recent memory. This sounds like something from the Maury Povich or Springer show. The situation was dropped and dead , until " a National media group" asked for a copy of the report ... Not the DA, the victim or her family, " A NATIONAL MEDIA GROUP" rekindled the fire.

Today is the day we will find out what really is going to happen to jameis Winston. The more I read into the story from non espn news the more I feel he is actually in trouble. Apparently they used a search warrant to hopefully find the "game changing" connection and could put Winston in serious trouble

The problem with situations like these legally is that the victim really ends up having no credibility on the stand. Once they become intoxicated and have memory loss their are a non creditable witness and testimony thrown out.

It saved Ben and may save jameis

Won't be charge due to lack of evidence, meaning someone did not witness her say no when having sex

Also said in press conference there was at least 2 or more guys DNA one being boyfriend one being Winston, and unknown if there's more.... Sounds like she's covering her own but with boyfriend after party..... Probably sounded like that to locals a year ago too..

Age old sentiment, don't put yourself in a place or situation that you end up in a jam. Hopefully a lot of young athletes learn from this.
