There's been a few games this year, where the Bucs look down and out and can't figure out the pitcher, and before you know they sneak away with a win. I hope Marte is OK.

Hopefully they can get another one tonight. The Rockies don't have a very good pitching staff, so hopefully they can jump on this guy.

What did everyone think of Liriano? Worked himself out of trouble in the first, and he was a Jordy Mercer mishandled ball away from getting out of that same mess in the second.

Either way 5 innings, 8 K's, no earned runs against a highly ranked offense, it's a good sign I'd say.

Lets hope he can keep it going. I reserve my opinion for another outing or so. Hope Marte is OK as well, but when in hell are they going to listen to a 3rd base Coach? He's out there for a reason. Even though, if I'd been Leyva, I'd have sent Jordy home on the one that got away.
