D5-6 stars who fizzled

I'm tossing this out there since the other 5-6 thread started. What I'm curious about, is Dist. 5-6 basketball players of all-state caliber, who didn't quite make it, either by crippling injury, premature death, incarceration, whatever. This would be a kind of memorial remembrance for the potential they had. I'll start with Joe Ryan, Windber. Mike White, Williamsburg Ladies too, if you wish. Jenna Feather, Lewistown
