I sleep fine. And in the world of sports, Sagarin fights for truth, justice, and the American way. No bias. Mathematics does his speaking for him.

Thanks for the comic relief! By the way, have you watched Barkley, or does Sagarin not do rankings for RBs?

...Didn't think you'd be in the mood for some comedy. Yes I did see Barkley play. I think Sagarin only rates teams and conferences. Now what was the biggest factor in PSU losing that game tonight:
...1) the weather. It was kinda cold out.
...2) the refs made bad calls that benefitted OSU
...3) sanctions
...4) injuries during the game
...5) Franklin's game day play calling
...6) the Wild Dogs had a bad game
...Please select one and elaborate.

Not according to other sites I've been reading. Many were giving the slight edge to the Nits if Barkley was playing. Must have been one of the other reasons I mentioned.

Barkley is really good. That's my analysis from the game. That, and JT Barrett is the best quarterback for either team and Urban Meyer looked like a stubborn fool by not switching to him earlier.

I didn't say site "officials" were picking PSU to win. But I saw enough "comments" from readers predicting a PSU win, especially if Barkely played. No one said these optimists were experts, none-the-less.....

Moldy...95% of Penn State fans knew how the game was going to play out. OSU has more talent at every position and have been building it for years. It will take a lot of recruiting classes to even get anywhere near their talent level

As for the game,

Barkley is really really good. That kid is some much fun to watch run the football. It makes me excited for the teams future.

I would have loved to see how the game played out if Gaia had not held on Barkleys run. It was definitely a hold, but didn't help the play. I'd have loved to see how the game played out. OSU still would have won, but I think it would have been interesting.

JT Barrett is a much better college qb than cardale jones. He should play all game.

Christian Hackenberg is just not a good qb. He holds this team back a great deal. Yes, the oline stinks, but he is not accurate and is the the perfect example of a statue in the pocket. He still can't complete the simple passes and hasn't even when coached by Bill obrien. Best of luck to the team that drafts him.

I am excited for Penn States future. There is young talent all over the field and a lot more is red shirting or signing in February. It's only the beginning for this team and better days are ahead. Loved how they came out in the second half and played tough until failing on the 4th down

Barkley is a stud that's for sure. Curious to see how his performance may affect the commitment of Miles Sanders. Hopefully it doesn't but I could see how it could.
You play to win the game!!!
