Anybody who defends Tomlin and doesn't see how undisciplined, sloppy, horrible the defense has gotten....and don't come with well they all retired...because he hasn't done a tremendous job on the drafting end of things, and don't come with the Colbert drafts because he even once said final draft decisions are on him

When someone takes things out of context, or in this instance only certain years of an individuals' record, it only goes to satisfy their own bias'ed opinion. He should expect to be roasted for it.

If Tomlin lost his job today, at least 28 NFL teams are calling his agent by midnight. I think the last several drafts have been quite good considering they haven't drafted in the top half in over a decade.

Undisciplined? The steelers are one of the least penalized teams in the league (tied for 3rd least I believe). They don't give up that may big plays either. So please explain...

Please name an available coach that would remotely compare to Tomlin...

I swear there are still Yinzers that give any success the current team has to Cowher's players. BTW please compare Cowher and Tomlin to this point in their career.

Cowhers first nine seasons - 86 wins, 1-2 in AFC championships, 0-1 in Super Bowl.

Tomlin's first nine - 92 wins, 2-0 in AFC championships, 1-1 in Super Bowl, with this season still pending.

Lol truth doesn't hurt. The point you made is just a severe invalid point. If you are basing a coach on whether to keep them you can't look at a long long tenure. You have to see recent trends on how the program or organization is moving. If a coach wins a superbowl doesn't mean they should automatically be never fired. If you perform way below expectations for a good 3 or more years in any sport that coach should be on the hot seat or potentially chopping block.

But the point being, you didn't make a clarification of the overall record, you just chose a particular group of years to suit your argument. Therefore, you took it out of context of the overall record, to make your viewpoint more valid, more slanted to suit you. I don't really care if they stay or go. Any Coach can't win without the talent.

Im happy 2 of those 3. Im glad to see pitt back on the right track! That steelers game was almost a heart attack. But karma killed some of the bengals players.... sad the team had to suffer because of 4 or 5 bozos

Goons kept the Bungles in the game, Goons took them out of it. Couldn't happen to a better or worse team, except Baltimore.
