Are those games always played at UPJ?
Do any of the teams from the eastern side of the district 5 get a chance to play there before playoffs to get the experience of the larger floor?

Yes they've been there for a number of years now.
And if they are in the Mountain Cat tournament, yes. Otherwise no. Southern Fulton was in the Mountain Cat this year.
