Love the upset of pm over bc!!!
I got...
A- girls- pm over bc, portage over blairs,
Salts over bg, jun valley over homer
A- boys- homer over portage, ferndale over bg(but a very good game, could've went either way) pm over salts, bc over mo valley
I myself will b at central cambria again. For the 6pm girls game btwn  the home team(for real) bc vs pm game. Then after over to bc for pm boys vs salts. If you attend the games at central and go to Carroll afterwards keep your ticket. It'll get you into both venues!!
Girls
Portage vs Blairsville and HC vs JV Univ. are two games that can go either way.  I like Blairsville in this one, because I saw them play over Christmas and they have the defense to keep games tight against teams that traditionally score a lot of points.  Have not seen HC play, but have seen JV Univ. play and I think from what I hear this one will go to JV.  The Bishops are going to just man handle their teams.....I hope it doesn't happen, but reality is reality!
Boys
HC over Portage, BG over Ferndale, BC over MO Valley and Saltsburg over PM

Thanks ballislyfe!  I love the style they play with.  I'm hoping they can get after Carroll and both teams play a little bit of their style.  I mean that's really the playoffs right?  Who is best at doing what they do best.  I'm excited for that one.

Friday sites, how the hell do Tyrone and Westmont get Dbl headers and the higher seeded McCort teams get split! Think the d6 guru is trying to set them up for upsets?

They destroyed Bishop Guilfoyle in the semifinals in case you missed it. That weak schedule they played really hurt Homer tonight. It's a good thing guilfoyle was so battle tested coming in.

Doesnt matter homer is gonna run away with this one
Really with Homer? BG has the toughness, athleticism, and strength to battle Homer if not beat them. Think about the games in which Homer BG have played in versus quality talent. Not to mention the mental aspect in close games that stems from the football season. BG's coaching staff will have them ready and I honestly would not be surprised if they were the favorite in this game. Get outside the Heritage and WestPac and watch some basketball.
Football season definitely helped them out a ton for basketball season too. They looked really tough giving up in the fourth quarter.  I guess it's a good thing you finally got out of the LHAC and watched some other teams play basketball.

Impressive play by blairsville girls and homer boys. Both played great games. Really thought bg girls were a better team than blairs. But enterline couldn't b stopped and carried them

It was a tough night for BG. Give the two heritage teams all the credit in the world. I was very impressed with HC and how long they were. BG couldn't seem to many decent shots and when they did they missed. It was only 10 at halftime And it felt like more. BG started trapping in the 2nd half and HC threw over the top of it and it got out of hand. Full credit to HC, they are going to be tough for BC to deal with, especially their size.

As for the girls, I don't know who #11 is for Blairsville but she was great. Best player in the floor. BG's size inside kept them in it but the shots they took late were terrible. The Bobcats are well coached.
