Time to change baseball coaching staff

If all of this extra time spent on kids and youth sports pursuits is based upon fun, that is great. When the pursuit is upon winning trophies, or the belief that there will be monetary rewards at the end of their high school careers , then it is nothing short of delusional. BTW I saw some coaches scouting other teams at elementary basketball games over the weekend. Unbelievable!
