You hear things thru different means/people. I'll answer your 2nd question, first. 
Yes, per University informational messages in the Tribune and thru a spokesperson, it was Nick Roberts that was found dead.
The answer to your 1st question, to be respectful of the family's grief, and to not be speculative:
There is to be an autopsy on Monday, as part of the investigation that is ongoing.
Right now, please pray for the Roberts family. Their world was just turned upside down. As a parent, I can't help but catch my breath when I try to imagine what that phone call was like.
May God have mercy on them, and help them thru a grief that must be simply suffocating.

Sorry to read about the Pfahler death as well. Didn't he have some problems the past few years? I thought I'd read about that.
