I think rose should be in the hall of fame. But since he lied about betting, then admited it in a book. He couldnt even admit it in person, he had to do it in a book first. I think he should be punished and not let into the HOF. until at least after hes dead. then he cant make anything off himself being in there. All hes after is money

If they should let any banned ball players into the Hall of Fame, Joe Jackson should come first. He was a victim, whereas Rose made his bed, and LIED in it

no matter what race he is... he still deserves to be in the hall of fave reguardless and i totally agree with some other posts about darryl strawberry being allowed back in time and time again for breaking a real law and abusing drugs.... pete rose has more hits then anyone else in baseball and only bet on games.... yeah he probably shouldnt have bet because it was the rules but sammy sosa used a cork bat and was back in 8 days.... its not like he is the only person to ever break the rules...
