Best Small School Conference

I disagree.  If you're only counting A, then it's still the Heritage.  Homer Center is the best non-private A school on D6 or D5.  Heritage>than ICC and WestPac this year.

Not private minus the United transfer last year and Blairsville one this season.

Heritage was the best, followed by WestPac, and then the ICC. Northern Bedford's win of D5 was great, but they didn't have to play the top three WestPac teams (Berlin is AA, Portage is D6, and Ferndale is D6) to win it. Juniata Valley had a nice win over Northern Cambria, but otherwise the ICC did not have a good district showing.

The AA schools didn't have a good showing. The singles have done as well and have gone as far as anyone could have expected. And all the conference losses were against LHAC.

Your arguement is who has the best A team means best conference. Yet no A school team has beaten anyone from another conference for both heritage and the westpac. 
Im actually going to call ICC the best for A schools. Sure homer may be the best but that doesnt exclude PM, PL and NC for being below the other conferences teams.

Small schools are generally A-AA, that's what I'm going by.

Berlin would have everything Portage did against HC and more..saying the HC/Port game came down to one play and Berlin beat Portage in a thriller

Heritage....Homer Center and LV would win both conferences.... yes iccfanatic Ferndale did squeak by a very down Penns Manor team this year too in OT
