Yep, looks like I was wrong on this one.  In fact, I got them all wrong.  Thought Chestnut Ridge would win, and thought Ligonier would blow out McCort.

Ligonier wasn't a blow out, but let's not get carried away here. McCort scored their only TD with 7 seconds left against LV's prevent defense. LV also turned the ball over a few times early.

I think JJ meant since 91 in the old AA classification that turned into AAA now. Huntingdons were in AAA before they moved down to AA. I forget what year they moved down.

That is exactly what I meant. Huntington was in a higher classification for most of that time in AAA.

Yes they had 5 AAA Titles but what was the number of AAA teams and the level of competition they were going against? Most of the old AAA teams were nothing to write home about for most of the time.

That 98 Team was something special. So was their 03 Team. They had some real playmakers.
