Your school's ultimate QB-RB-WR trio

Post by Crimson's Ghost »

If you could build your high school's all-time starting offense with a Quarterback, Running Back, and a Wide Receiver. Who would it be?

For the Rangers, hard to choose between Brandon Bailey and Justin Myers, but then Tim Baumgardner, and Brian Endler. Remembering that some of these also played defense and were as valuable there as they were on offense.
It ain't over until it's over.

Northern Bedford: Blake Over (QB), Fred Glasgow (RB) -- at one time held the single game, single season and career rushing records in PA for those who don't go back to the early 70's, and toss up between Joe and AJ Nastasi for the (WR) final spot.

Tyrone:
QB- Steve Franco
RB- Jesse Jones
WR- Nick Patton

Leonard Wilson, Brice Mertiff, James Oliver, Marcus Owens, Jamal Owens, and Steve Johnson could all have made the list as well

Can penns manor just have 3 Danny Ferens?

I guess if we are being serious for PM it would be:

QB: Danny Ferens
RB: Jered Peles
WR: Not too sure.

WR with those two: Joey Vodapevic. He was the back up QB, and threw the reverse passes to Ferens.

That was my 3 also. Was gonna post earlier but was undecided. I was gonna put Matt Sharer in at qb and Steve Johnson at wr.

Historically for McCort, I'd throw in John Stofa and Pete Duranko, of course.

But for a more modern look:

QB: Jordan DeFrances or Joe Arcurio
RB: Eric Lowry, Josh Seidel, or Anthony Walters
WR: Matt Varga

Of the 4 Rangers mentioned above, all went on to play college ball. Bailey to WVU, then to UConn. Myers set all kinds of records at NAIA Geneva. Baumgardner started at safety for I-aa Fordham. Endler a two year starter at WR for I-aa Lehigh.

For the Former Laurel Valley H.S.
QB Rich Dohoda
RB Jason Burkhart
WR Paul Hall (with Jon Matson a true TE a close second)
