Who has the best shutdown defense this year?

I don't think Windber's first team defense has been scored on yet.

Another good one is Juniata Valley. They are averaging approx 7-8 points a game given up and also includes shutting out what everyone said was the best Bellwood team in 30 years (Bellwood’s 7 came on a fumble return)

Windber gave up one long run in the second half against Meyersdale when I'd say 8/11 starters were on the field. But other than that, all scoring was on the JV or off of the one pick six by the backup QB against Berlin.
