Remember when Richland beat former MAC powerhouse with a backup freshman qb.

It happened to be a pretty good game. Not the blowout everyone expected of the team that lost their first road game under a rookie head coach in a new league to Forrest Hills. Ask Richland if Clearfield was a pushover. It was a physical game and Clearfield made more mistakes. I am not sure why you have to belittle them for it.

After last eve we now have a better gauge for which side of the mountain has the better teams overall, for THIS season. So far. Week 10 could be entirely opposite.

I think that is pretty accurate. The thing people need to remember is that the past two years of Clearfield teams have not been anywhere near their best teams of the past 20 years, nor the past five years. Like any public school there are ebbs and flows at Clearfield, even if a team consistently wins at an .800 or better rate.
