NBC was knocking down all the shots too. They were never out of that game. Bravo to those girls.

As a frosh, Coral Prosser has at least 2 D1 'offers' already. Anyone know who they are? BTW, she is the real deal. Could be another Caitlin Clark. IMHO Better at this point in her career than Persichetti or Gordon.

Congratulations to both Westmont & Marion Center on making the FINAL FOUR. Westmont has beaten 3 WPIAL teams to get there - pretty impressive stuff - way to go ladies.

Good luck Berlin today!!

Prosser’s offers are to Delaware and Iona. She’s good. Wouldn’t be fair to call her or anyone the next Caitlin Clark though.

Christiana Gordon is the best girls basketball player I’ve seen in the Johnstown area probably since I’ve been paying attention. She’s outstanding. Credit to Forest Hills being the only team that can figure her and Westmont out. Not sure how the teams they’ve beaten haven’t watched the film and done the same thing.

I know one BIG factor in ALL those losses by WH to FH was foul trouble. Not just Gordon, but there were a couple girls in foul trouble. That and depth - WH has EIGHT girls total and the drop off from the starting 5 to the bench is noticeable. FH goes 10 deep and the dropoff there is barely noticeable.

Congrats to the Lady Stingers and Lady Hilltoppers for moving on to Hershey, and include the Berlin boys there as well.

Just from what I've read, the MC game was VERY physical. WH held Mercyhurst to 16 points - TOTAL - UNREAL. That is some lockdown defense!!

Congrats to them & Berlin boys. Bring home the gold!!!

Bummer for MC. Missed two fouls shots while up one, then gave up a 3-point play, and couldn't get off a shot at the end. Outplayed Kennedy for most of the second half, just couldn't ever really pull away. The lead would hover around 6, but couldn't get it higher than that.
