SHC Coach Changes

Coach Foster waited till one week before football camp to pull out of coaching..although his title remained head coach. Nothing was done that should have been at that time. His assistant coach stepped up to the challenge. Now after 3 weeks, he shows disrespect to his coaches and players again by flipflopping and taking back over the team. He could have just said he wanted to get involved again and asked his coaches where he would fit in. He always thinks he's doing it for the kids but maybe this is for himself. Coach Garlock has always had the structure and discipline that Foster lacks. Given enough time, he probably would have turned the team around.
