Don Holl has been named the new football coach for the Kiski Area Cavaliers, taking over for the retired Dave Grimm.
The Kiski Area school board made the hiring official Monday night by a 7-2 vote.
Holl has spent the past six years as the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator at Gannon University.
Prior to his stint as Gannon, Holl, a graduate of the Naval Academy, served as head coach of the Tunkannock High School Tigers in Eastern Pennsylvania from 1995 through 1998.
