Re: NBC boys Ridge
no i don't hate brain and he never did anything to me... i am just sickof hearing about brian all the time when i shouldn't... ben has outscored brian in 3 games have you ever heard anything abuot that... no... it always goes to brian... maybe he is a huge part to the lions winning but he isn't the only reason... yea brian played awful thursday night and tey did lose but ya know what... nobody on that court played their best... it was like none of them wanted to be there... the whole team played bad the team lost... and when they all play good they all win... get the picture... it is a team effort!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: NBC boys Ridge
ok...now you're just contradicting yourself
"the rest of the lions were trying to win" from a few posts ago
"nobody on that court played their best" from your last post
make up your mind...were they trying thier hardest or did they not play thier best?

Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.

Re: NBC boys Ridge
ok...in one of your previous posts you mentioned that the rest of the team was playing hard trying to win, and brian wasn't playing well. then in your previous post you said none of them played well...which one is it?

Re: NBC boys Ridge
ok i will explain now.... the team was trying to win while brian was jogging back and forth giving it a half effort but nobody was giving it their all because they were losing and beating up on themselves... they were trying to play hard and get the win but at the same time it was not their best game of the season... you know how it is when you are being beaten and you are trying to make a comeback but the other team just keeps adding to their score so you just get more and more frustrated... do you see now my point or not?

So Lions 07 you are confirming that if a team loses mental focus then they will lose on the score board as well. Some teams have a stronger "will to win". No matter what the score is throughout the game you can count on them rallying to make a strong effort to win. While others as soon as they fall behind they throw in the towel.
Re: NBC boys Ridge
excuse me i never said they threw in the towel... they just couldn't pull it together enough to win
