i find these seedings questionable because t. lascari crushed paronish at penn cambria this year. t.lascari is at 125

I found it hard to believe that no North Star kids were seeded first. If you do your job on the mat, the seedings and rankings are irrelevant and everything will fall into place.

It turned out that Mike Young's 4th seeding wasn't a joke. He got 4th place. THE_COW was wrong. The reason for Paronish being seeded ahead would be the first criteria of what you placed last year in the tournament. Also, that turned out to be right, too.
