By the way, Southern Fulton won both the Girls and the Boys Sideling Hill Championships this year. On the girls side, Jessie Wigfield should have been recognized as a major contributor to the Southern Fulton Girls team championship, but at least 2 SF players were listed as first team and 1 SF player on the second team.
On the boys side, NO Southern Fulton player was named to the first team and only 2 were named to the second team??!! What's wrong with this picture?? Everett and Forbes Road each had 1 first team and one second team player and what was their final standing in the SHL??
I'm sorry, but this is the second year in a row that Southern Fulton Boys have won the Sideling Hill Championship. Shame on those who voted that did not give credit where credit is due! Maybe those involved need to step back and understand that championships are created by players (and coaches) that play team basketball, not by individuals concerned only about statistics!
