How do you think everett will do in state playoffs?

I think they might sneak through the first round then that should be the end of the season but they should make a good showing for D-5

C'mon, man...Everett plays the WPIAL champ North Catholic, not Hyndman or Southern Fulton. NC is not a tremendous baseball team, but decent for class AA. Actually, North Cath is beatable, but I predict a NC win, just because Everett hasn't faced the type of competition that NCath will present:

Everett definately could have had that game... There were just way too many errors in the outfield and a few in the infield. It wasn't our best game but I'm still proud of the guys... Congrats on making it that far...

i dunno if we (everett) couldve had it or not! accordin to the score, we werent doin so hot! not sure what went on at the game, but if we were down early, we mightve gave it up early ? i know from experience that its hard to come back from bein down ! i dunno.. atleast everett got the D-5 championships !!! good job boys! im proud of ya..

I think that the score doesnt really show how close the game was at one time in the 6th inning it was 7-4 all that they had were 2 big innings. Yes give them some credit they are truly a quality ball club but if you cut out what i would call the unforced errors i think that it is close down to the wire.


side note--What I think hurt everett was that they dont play enough quality teams through out the season to prepare them for games like that.
