X-MAN I have no problem what so ever with a ref clapping after the match is over, the wrestlers shake hands and the winners hand is raised but I have a HUGE problem when a ref claps as soon as the winning point is scored in overtime.

One thing I viewed this past weekend that I found was quite amusing, after Brett one his match, some kid ran out on the mat and leaped on bretts back! Eichelberger was in fast pursuit when the kid realized he was being chased and obviously wasn't supposed to be on the mat or on bretts back! Ike just got him by the tail of the shirt
as the kid was exiting the mat!!! Who freaking does that? Has anyone noticed that this has become a trend for the Brett family and friends? I remember during a Jr high match when Brett defeated deffibaugh and bretts mother almost took him out in the middle of the Mat! Congrats to pj on a big win over the weekend just thought this was a humorous event over the weekend.

I enjoy seeing that type of thing. A reaction of joy and overwhleming excitement is far better than a reaction of rage. Of course, you can't allow anyone to run out on the mat for safety reasons.

there are like a million brett kids, so you never know what direction they're coming from........I think they might be like 3 kids shy of filling a full wrestling roster.

You have to go sorta way back for my crazy memories, they both happened in 1983, first was seeing some North Star wrestlers snorting crushed up speeders in the back of the locker room, the second was Jim Wylie flipping off the crowd while going back to the middle of the ring after an out of bounds call, Coach Hoover wasn't very impressed with him.....
