A thumb injury could be a major problem.

Eagles drop to 11-4 with a loss to the 49ers in overtime. I didnt get to see the game because I had to work...anyone have anything to say about the loss after winning 10 in a row. I heard McNabb had an awful game?

the eagles got shafted by the wind...akers had a nice field goal...plenty of height and distance, was headed dead center through the uprights....wind picked up and the ball fell strait down about 5 yards short

You have more faith than I do. The Rams are tough at home and the Eagles who looked unbeatable, now look like they can be had. I dont rule out the Cowboys, bad offense, terrific D. A turnover or 2 could be trouble for the favorites like TB last year.

The Eagles will go down before the Super Bowl. I saw the game on Sunday and they are good but not near as good as the Rams. Especially now that the Rams are probably going to get home field advantage.

I am not a true believer in the Eagles yet. They CAN do it, but have always choked in the big game.

I've been an Eagles fan for 5 years now. McNabb seems to be gettin a little less mobile on his feet, I believe Andy Reid doesn't allow him to run more on first or second down passing plays because an injury to McNabb will be devastating. He is more accurate and has a better completion percentage when passing on the run which is odd to believe. There is just something about the Eagles that doesnt make them explosive. You don't see them putting up the points like the Colts, Vikings, Rams. They are hurting the most in the Defensive line and Linebacker positions. A big offensive line will overpower them in the running game.

Good observations, he means a lot to that team.

I think the eagles have proven themselves more then once this year. 10 straight wins in a row...beating the packers the first time. Losing to Dallas and then beating them. And now some how pulling win against the packers out of their *** to take it on to the next level. They have made it this far for the past 3 years...lets hope they can pull this last win off and make it to the superbowl.
