Its funny how 24 hours ago you didnt even know that this award existed and now all the sudden you are an expert on who should/could win it. If Sean Lee would not have got hurt he very well could have won this award. He probably will next year though.

It was a joke because TAE called it the BedNARKI Award and couldn't spell the person's name he was making fun of. Orakpo is a monster. You wouldn't know, though. You only know about Iowa.

Orakpo WAS up for it. He, however, was not named a finalist like Maybin is.

He wasn't a finalist because he got hurt. That's all rationalization, though. He's no Aaron Maybin. He would've shown up against Iowa.

Did you watch the game? Iowa rolled away from Maybin all night, and had a tackle and TE on him all night with a RB to his side of the field to help when he got by those two! That is domination when one guy garners attention from 3 players.

Maybe Orakpo wasn't a finalist because he's a joke, and so is that Longhorn defense.

Did you just say Brian Orakpo is a joke? He will be a top 10 pick next year. He bench presses 515 pounds and runs a 4.6. The guy is a monster. You don't know anything about football if you call Brian Orakpo a joke. Maybe you should watch football. You'll learn something.

He will be a better NFL player than Mr. Maybin. Both will be good, but Orakpo has more size and strength, which normally equates to more success at the next level. Rak didn't get the chance to play in the Big 10 or he probably would have won every award. He'd eat that Iowa quarterback alive. Maybin couldn't handle that.
