Re: For my good buddy Wildcat
If you score on every possession, you won't lose the game. Colt McCoy throwing the ball to Michael Crabtree, Dez Bryant, and Jeremy Maclin. You tell me how any team in the nation could stop that. Most NFL teams would have a difficult time stopping that. In case you don't know who those guys are since you only watch Florida, they are the three receivers up for the Biletnikoff Award. Also, Colt would have Shipley and Cosby on that team, too. Oh yeah and his backups would be Sam Bradford and Graham Harrell. In case you didn't know, they are pretty good, too. Florida is very good, but they aren't quite on that level.

We'll see. I hope its Florida v. Texas in the BCS. I'm still thinking of going to Miami for the BCS if Florida is in it. Florida will destroy the horns. Too much speed, talent, coaching, and athleticism on BOTH sides of the ball!

You probably said USC would destroy Texas a few years ago, too. I will give you that Florida has more speed. As far as coaching goes, Texas has better coaches. Talent is equal. As far as 4-star and 5-star talents go, it is probably about even. Do you remember Florida losing to Mississippi? Also, they didn't beat Alabama, yet. When did you give up on PSU and become a Florida fan?

Looks more like Arena ball stats against second rate defenses. Florida is much more balanced. I'll take Tebow, Demps, Rainey, and Murphy over Colt McCoy, Shipley, and Cosby. Seriously Deliverance to you believe Texas is as fast and athletic as Florida?
I did the unthinkable...I didn't mention the best player on Florida's team Percy Harvin!

No I was actually routing for the longhorns! USC is #3 on my hate scale right below Notre Dame and Alabama.deliverance wrote:You probably said USC would destroy Texas a few years ago, too. I've been a Florida fan ever since Galen Hall was the head coach. Can't I route for more than one team? I like Pitt and WVU too. Does that make me a hypocrite? Urban Meyer is a better coach that Mac Brown hands down. Ole Miss has a good team and a good coach. Give Houston a couple of years and the rebs will be a top 10 team. They'll beat Alabama, Bama has no offense.deliverance wrote:You probably said USC would destroy Texas a few years ago, too. I will give you that Florida has more speed. First his name is Mack and second you have to be kidding me. There's no better coach than Mack Brown because he always wins and is the biggest class act off the field. Urban can't say the same. Mack has won at least 10 games the last 8 years. Maybe you didn't realize that. Texas was 4-7 the season before Mack arrived. They have been 113-26 since. You can't argue against success.

Not against TT this year. That was a major choke.
BTW I forgot, I don't know how, to mention Percy Harvin in my previous post. The most versatile and explosive player in college football.
