heres the thing if westmont recruited we wood be so dirty we wood beat up on all u guys. but we have raw talent and we use sry that we make a name for our selves without being cocky and knowing we are good, so shut up ya u beat us big deal but we have just as much talent as you so does cambria heights thats y we play int he same conference cause at any point in time any team can beat a powerhouse.

Most people forget that Westmont lost both Merriman and Bennett this past year from thier 07 squad. The OG honestly thinks if these guys would have suited up Westmont would have been somewhere at the top of the conference. Shoulda, coulda, woulda....

Anyways. Westmont has a nice Freshman class coming up this year that should be able to contribute to the Varsity squad. Westmont as a program is way ahead of Heights...the well isn't dry yet up on the Hilltop.

Maybe these kids should worry less about football and go up to Penn Highlands to take a basic English course... God dang, I've never seen such poor grammar in my life. Regardless... I don't understand the obsession with Westmont football on this board. Honestly, when's the last time they put forth a real contender? And year in, year out, you hear about these underclassmen that are going to "turn the program around". Most overhyped of all was Merriman, who, IMHO, was garbage. (Although some of the coaching I'm sure didn't help. The kid had size, which was it. Zero skill.) I'll believe that Westmont will have a solid team when I see it on the field, but I don't see that coming in the near future.
