CT got wooped. It was like 68-49 or something like that. #20 for CV is a lights-out shooter. Ever since their loss at Shade, they've rattled off like 7 or 8 straight wins. I wouldnt be surprised to see Shade and Conemaugh Valley playing for the west pac title

By the looks of some of the opposing coaches game plans the last week or so I would have to say if you wanna run or stall the ball Shade has the the ability to play either one YOU pick. To me looked like the boys from Shade got soft at the end of the game on D to try to put up 100. Overall pretty much the game that I had expected.

TM and Berlin were scouting Shade at North Star Monday night. What will Berlin see on Wednesday night? If Salisbury can take Berlin into OT, what they got?

Doctor you mentioned this matchup a while back and it is scheduled for tomorrow. 10-4, North Star hosting Blacklick Valley who is 9-3.
North Star with Zell*m and Petrilla are pretty tough. They combine for close to 50 a night. What is the supporting cast like? I have not watched them play. Blacklick Valley who is led by Holby 21.0 ppg and seem to be getting some balanced scoring from the other four. I see that VanFossen has 13 three pointers in the past two games, from what I know of him, Windber and Ferndale must of played a zone defense and let him alone.

Blacklick @ North Star
Having seen both play I think this game should be a good one. Have to give the edge to North Star though. Zellem and Petrilla will be too much inside for Blacklick. Prediction: 67-64 North Star
Berlin/Shade
I don't give Berlin much of a chance in this one. Barely beating an average Salisbury team by 3 in overtime doesn't say much for their chances against a dominating Panther team who looks clearly to be the best in District 5.
Prediction: 87-60 with Shade's starters sitting most if not all of the 4th quarter.

I agree that NS's Zell*m and Petrilla are the ones that need to be contained and here's some advice from watching K*aminsky and his band of brothers work the court on 1/19.
Watch for the long ball to Petrilla. He gets down court and the ball gets to him via a quarterback pass. Petrilla also likes to work his backside into the defender and then turn for the basket. It's a standard with him. BV will see it over and over unless they get smart fast.
The PG's caretaking of the ball leaves it open to steals. BV otta think bout doing something there.
There is was a youngun on the court last night. He handled the pressure pretty well but not enough to hold of the guards from Shade.
Watch for zimmerman to take the 3. There are 2 of em, they both shoot, not sure which one had 3-3's, but they both got some treys.
Zell*m was back in playing. His hand still is bandaged and it seemed that prolonged ball handling was not something he did too much against Shade.
If you go, try to ignore the announcer. He loves what he does, but he 'does' it just a little too much. I'm not sure what the players thought, but I thought I it was a hockey night in Boswell.
As for my record, there's nothing official, but the only losses I have is the Shanksville loss to Berlin and the North Star's loss to CV. I was 13-1 on 1/10, so I'll have to do some figurin.
