just a curious question..in the district 6 website.they have james moss listed..does he still wrestle or did he graduate....some please help me out...james was a good wrestler..art was the better of the brothers i believe tho...art walked me one time..
I am in no way doubting Art's capabilities or downplaying what a tremendous wrestler he is. I was simply being realistic when I posted that. You don't beat a wrestler in the semi-finals (Manheim Central Tournament) who just knocked off Travis Battles (Reynolds) the match before, without being a great wrestler. Art should place very high this year, but as for a top 3 placing, that remains to be seen. I really hope Artie proves me wrong, but considering all factors, I would think that top 3 would be improbable--NOT IMPOSSIBLE. Furthermore, a comment like that only will fuel the fire in Moss. All kids respond differently according to the situation at hand. I know Art Moss and what makes him tick.
For an answer to some1's question earlier. I was talking to a family member the other day and Artie came up, i think his shoulder is doing alot better then it was last season.
One thing Artie Moss does NOT need is CONFIDENCE! This kid sweats confidence. Oh, and forget about his shoulder- it's not a problem. I agree though, that the weights he wrestled at previously were maybe more to his advantage than the current 152. The other Moss, James, is due to return from a hand injury prior to the Brookville duals, probably at 145. Hoooo boys, LOOK OUT!
James will wrestle before the Brookville duals. He has been released and could've wrestled in the Manheim Central Tournament this past weekend, but chose not to.
