Hey, Navarro Bowman even CONFESSED to his drug use while on probation and THAT didn't even make Paterno deal out a punishment. By the way, did Baldwin ask the woman if he could touch her first? Then where did the NO come from? After all, he is tall, dark and handsome. Maybe he thought he was irresistable. Maybe the bus stopped quickly and HE fell against the young lady. Did anybody get hurt? Ask Joepa if that is important. If that sets a precedent for being absolved of any crime, then Baldwin is innocent. Next case.

By the way, how did PSU handle the sexual assault case against Scott Paxson a couple of years ago. Seems he forced himself on a female student who was twice as small as him. Now THAT was an example of NO MEANS NO. Maybe Wannstadt can get some pointers from Paterno. After all, shouldn't the greatest coach ever know what to do in a situation like this?

So the victim asked for it because he is, according to Moldo, "tall dark and handsome" and he thought he was "irresistable" (sic) or the bus stopped too quickly. I am sure the brave men and women of the Pittsburgh Police Department (who put their lives on the line) would not have forwarded the case to the DA if it was just a matter of touchy brakes. Again, following the punishment set forth by all Pitt fans on this board with respect to Penn State players: Baldwin should be suspended immediately, his scholarship revoked, and Wanny should resign for such a blatant cover-up.

By the way, the Paxson case was thrown out by the Judge, meaning he was given his day in court, and found innocent, yet how many of you Pitt fans declared him "guilty as charged" from second one?
