Again, I will repeat myself.

Darryl Clark was a 2-star QB. He was not some 5-star sure-thing. He was going to be a career back-up. His grades were bad and he went to a prep school. During that time, Clark busted his rear end and gave the coaching staff weekly progress reports. Even then, Paterno was on the fence. Clark convinced them he would work hard and he has.

Where did this Jurevicius stuff come from? And where is your proof on Wedderburn? I dont remember EITHER of these kids having grade issues.

Regarding McCoy... did you know that McCoy and his mother had Paterno tell them to their faces that PSU "wasn't a good fit"? Did you knwo that not even MIAMI would accept McCoy academically? He made his own bed when he told Joe that he wanted to leave in three years to "get paid". Those are his words, not mine. Paterno stresses academics more than you blowhards think. The whole B10 does. Why else would Michigan and Penn State both shy from a great athlete like Todd Thomas? Who, by the weay, couldn't even get accepted at Pitt.
