Tyrone 23-14 over Clearfield. This one was better than last weeks' game. It had evrything. Defensive slugfest for the 1st 1&1/2 quarters when Tyrone sacked the Bison QB in the endzone which what looked like a 2-0 lead at the half, but lightning struck twice, with both teams exploding for quick tds for a 9-7 game at the half.Clearfield retook the lead in the 3rd 14-9, the Franco switched up qb's and went back to the 3 year starter, Reihart who lead 2 late scoring drives to put them away....This game had more twists than a Hitchcock movie, alot of fun to watch.

How good is ZNewton? If he moved a few miles down PA Route 53 South to play Stang ball, he may go the whole season and never get tackled in the WEAKPac...
If it truly makes you happy bashing the westpac, I really feel bad for you.

Once again Newton is not that good. Hell of a player but gets the ball way more than any back in the area. I'd take Seidel before him anyway.. and Ehredt and Dudukovich aren't far away

He's "not that good", but a "hell of a player"? Make up your mind. Both Newton and Seidel are that good.
Don't get defensive because PC's RB is putting up more yards than McCort's. This isn't fantasy football. You're not going to lose your league. You should be content in knowing that your team is going to win a D6 title and Newton's team probably will not. Isn't that good enough?

Just think if Newton had offensive line and a defense...

Just think if Newton was recruited by McCort. I'm sure he is Catholic...isn't everyone who lives in Cresson...wait a minute it doesn't matter if you are Catholic...as long as you want to expand your educational opportunities you can go to McCort

Old school, very good. You've finally seen the light. I do want to understand however. If the kid would have gone to McCort, everyone would be saying that he was recruited. Since he didn't, McCort didn't recruit him? I think McCort is slacking. I'd love to see that kid and Seidel in the same backfield. Ah, they let a good one slip by.

Anybody notice how improved St. Francis is this year. They got this QB from Penn State who transferred in this year. Even ONE transfer can make a difference in a team. All it takes is one.
